I still don't know what to think about Google+ (plus) and to some degree it is just one more distraction from business. Hence, I haven't found time yet to look at pages in Google+.

Follow button

But now that I have opened the page for this business I had to add the support for Google+ with a follow button to the framework and my website.

Just a few more lines of code and now it only requires an account number and the follow button is available.

The simple like button for each document is up for quite some time because that doesn't link to an account. It links directly to the webpage in Google's search index.

The "new" follow button however is a link to the new Google+ Page for Adrian World Design.

Some personal media thoughts

Again I don't know really what to do with it because to some degree it just getting more and more time consuming working on pages in Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and now Google+.

On the other hand I can see the same results from people I follow in all the various outlets. A tweet to a comment on Facebook that I already saw about a blog post that I already noticed in my RSS feed reader. Followed by a tweet link in LinkedIn to that same tweet and probably another direct link to the blog post again.

I think the whole social media will choke on its own success because of all this duplicate nonsense. And it may happen sooner than later; Facebook should really move forward quickly with their IPO.
